CANCELLATION REGULATIONS

What happens if I need to cancel a trip that I have already booked?  

> Cancellation Fee within 28 calendar day prior the commencemernt of the travel:
25% of the total ammount of the travel price (The costs of issuing an insurance policy  or flight/train tickets will not be refunded).

> Cancellation Fee from 27th  to the 15th calendar days prior the commencemernt of the travel:
30% of the total ammount of the travel price (The costs of issuing an insurance policy  or flight/train tickets will not be refunded).

> Cancellation Fee from 14th  to the 9th calendar day prior the commencemernt of the travel:
50% of the total ammount of the travel price (The costs of issuing an insurance policy  or flight/train tickets will not be refunded).

> Cancellation Fee from 8th  to the 5th calendar day prior the commencemernt of the travel :
70% of the total ammount of the travel price (The costs of issuing an insurance policy  or flight/train tickets will not be refunded).

> Cancellation Fee from the 4th calendar day prior the commencemernt of the travel:
100% of the total ammount of the travel price (The costs of issuing an insurance policy  or flight/train tickets will not be refunded).

 

What happens if I cannot travel due to national or regional travel restrictions?
If national or regional restrictions are imposed in your county or you are not permitted to enter Italian borders, you will be entitled to a full refund of the travel package you have purchased.

What happens if I can’t travel because I’ve tested positive for COVID-19 or I am in quarantine?
The cancellation penalty fees will still be applied. Cancellation insurance can be issued to cover the full amount paid for the trip, however excess and agency fees will still be applicable.

– Unused services reimbursement such as accommodation, excursions etc. due to delayed departure or missed connections.
